The Sligo Camino is organised to raise funds for community projects in Coolaney.

Among these is Café Fia, a community café for our village and our visitors.

Founded in 2016 by local volunteers, Café Fia has operated as a pop-up café and is a registered Co-operative with shares available to everyone who would like to own part of Coolaney's new community café.

Café Fia is a community café run by ordinary people who want a beautiful social space in their village.

Permanent Building

Plans have been designed for a permanent Café Fia in our Community Park.

Shares in Café Fia can be purchased on the day of the Sligo Camino - don't just have a coffee, have a café.
